How does the person receive the gift?
After payment you get a redemption code you can forward to anyone, with a personal message. You can also enter the recipient’s email.
Does the gift have a fixed date?
No. The gift is open-date: the recipient chooses when to live the escape, always subject to availability.
How long is it valid?
The gift is valid for 12 months from purchase to be redeemed.
Can it be swapped for another escape?
Yes. The gifted escape can be swapped for another of equal value at no change cost.
What if the chosen escape costs more than the gift?
You can pick a higher-value escape and pay only the difference when redeeming and booking the date.
