Marble and Glacier Chapels at Mallín Colorado Ecolodge

• You will have the choice of kayaking to the Marble Cathedrals or rafting on the Baker River.
• Kayak crossing to the Marble Cathedrals (includes box lunch).
You can leave at 7am, 11am and 3pm from Puerto Tranquilo. For this you have to consider leaving an hour before from Mallin Colorado. Once in Puerto Tranquilo you should go to the local operator's office, which we will tell you the night before, then move to Bahía Mansa to take the kayaks and sail for half an hour until you reach the marble cathedrals. Free tour for one hour through the caves, tunnels and various marble rocks in Lake General Carrera. The excursion is carried out all the time with an expert guide, who will give a training talk before leaving, and will be attentive to any need of the group. Return to Bahía Mansa by kayak.

• You will have the afternoon free to explore, we suggest you visit the beautiful confluence of the Baker River with the Nef River, and appreciate the strong contrast of colors of both rivers. This wonder is only 36 minutes from the Lodge by car.

• Glacier excursion: You can choose between the Calluqueo Glacier or Explorers

Exploradores Glacier: You will leave at 6:00 am with a box lunch in the direction of Puerto Tranquilo, where you must be at 7:00 am at the local operator's office that we will indicate the night before. After introducing yourself and showing your voucher, you will continue along the road to Bahía Exploradores to the Conaf post at Laguna San Rafael National Park where you will start walking with the rest of the group. It will be between 6 and 7 hours of walking, approximately 3 hours on the ice. At the end of the excursion at the Conaf post, you will take your vehicle and in two hours you will arrive in Mallin Colorado for dinner.
Cayuqueo Glacier: You will leave at 6:00 am with a box lunch towards Cochrane, to the south, where you must be at 7:00 am at the local operator's office that we will indicate the night before. After introducing yourself and showing your voucher, you will continue along the path to the Calluqueo glacier for approximately 30 minutes, where you will start walking with the rest of the group. It will be between 4 and 5 hours of walking, approximately 2 hours on the ice. At the end of the excursion you will return to Cochrane, you will take your vehicle and in an hour you will arrive in Mallin Colorado for dinner.
