During this program, you will enjoy four experiences: a tour of the Tatio geysers, Cejar Lagoon + Ojos del Salar + Tebinquinche Lagoon, Valle de la Luna, and Piedras Rojas + Altiplanic Lagoons. The following itinerary is tentative, as the order of the activities may vary depending on availability.
- The lodge is located very close to restaurants where you can sample the diverse cuisine of San Pedro de Atacama
- Afternoon tour: Valle de la Luna. Pickup from your hotel at 3:00 p.m. Includes a snack, juice, and pisco sour. Entrance fees not included.
- Return to the hotel at 7:00 p.m.
- Full-day tour: Pickup between 6:00 and 6:40 a.m. at the hotel. On this tour, we’ll take the international highway toward Argentina and the Aguas Calientes salt flat, and Piedras Rojas to explore this beautiful area. We’ll continue on to the Altiplano lagoons of Miscanti and Miñiques, and visit the Tropic of Capricorn. On the way back, we’ll visit Laguna Chaxa, home to the largest concentration of flamingos; if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see all three species found in Chile.
- Morning tour: Tatio Geysers. Pickup from the hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. Includes breakfast. Entrance fees not included.
- Return to the hotel at 12:00 PM
- Afternoon tour: Cejar Lagoon + Ojos del Salar + Tebinquiche Lagoon. Pickup from the hotel at 2:50 PM. Includes a snack, juice, and pisco sour. Entrance fees not included.
- Return to your hotel at 8:00 PM
- Check-out by 12:00 PM
- Shared van transfer to Calama Airport

What to bring
- Warm clothing for the Geysers tour. The low temperature is -6 °C in summer and -17 °C in winter, so we always recommend bringing very warm clothing
- Returnable water bottle
- To protect yourself from the sun: sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen
- Towel for Laguna Cejar
Cancellation policy
✅ If you cancel 20 or more days in advance, we will refund the full amount. ⚠️ If you cancel between 19 and 7 days before your reservation date, we will refund 40% of the amount paid. ❌ If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund. Regarding the refund method: If payment was made via bank transfer, 100% of the corresponding amount will be refunded. If payment was made via WebPay, 96% of the corresponding amount will be refunded, due to non-refundable transaction fees.
