During this program, you'll enjoy three experiences: a tour of the Tatio geysers, Laguna Cejar + Ojos del Salar + Laguna Tebinquinche, and the Valley of the Moon.
The itinerary is as follows:
Day 1
- Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- The hotel is located in the city center of San Pedro de Atacama, near restaurants where you can sample the diverse cuisine of San Pedro de Atacama
Day 2
- Breakfast
- Afternoon tour: Valle de la Luna. Pickup from your hotel at 3:00 p.m. Includes a snack, juice, and a pisco sour. Entrance fees not included.
- Return to the hotel at 7:00 p.m.
Day 3
- Morning tour: Tatio Geysers. Pickup from the hotel between 4:30 and 5:00. Includes breakfast. Does not include admission fees.
- Return to the hotel at 12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon tour: Cejar Lagoon + Ojos del Salar + Tebinquiche Lagoon. Pickup from the hotel at 2:50 p.m. Includes a snack, juice, and a pisco sour. Entrance fees not included.
- Return to your hotel at 8:00 p.m.
Day 4
- Breakfast
- Check out at 11:00 a.m.
Practical info
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing for the tours. Keep in mind that temperatures in the desert range from below 0 degrees (in the morning and at night) to high temperatures during the day.
- Water bottle
- To protect yourself from the sun: sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen
- Warm clothing for the Geysers tour. The low is -6 °C in the summer and -17 °C in the winter, so we always recommend bringing very warm clothing.
- Towel for Laguna Cejar
